I drove through, placed my order & asked for Salsa. At the window, I paid $12 +, and even gave him $1. tip. he hands me the bag,... again, I ask did you give me salsa, he responds ?yes, it?s in the bag. I peak in there & I didn?t even get naps or utensils. Iasked him for them. I get to the hotel, No Salsa No Napkins No utensils And the steak fajita bowl looks and taste like the beefis 3 weeks old, taco shell is NOT crispy, all ingredients were horrible!! Cashier girl was very nice but the server was pretty bad and on the phone. I had the Street Taco Combo which was fine but the... rice was not fresh and a little hard and the tortillas they gave me were barely warm. Very unsatisfied with the wholeexperience. Read more
I have never been to a worst Taco Cabana thn this one. I ask for a particular hot sauce and the lady closes the drive thru... window on me without saying anything. I'm thinking she's getting it so I wait. Someone else comes and has to ask what I want.Glad she got it for me. But as I drive off, I notice that my chips and queso has almost no chips and what is in there isfreaking burnt. I call with no answer. No way can I go back now, I live on the other side of town. Tried them again, I?m done with TC, food preparation was awful , I even watched the guy burn my food and he tried to cover by... just putting it in the box. How can F up a simple meal such as a quesadilla, really. Read more
Don?t ever eat here. Ordered a $14 large steak quesadilla. Staff obviously doesn?t care about the condition of the food since it... came out cold, soggy enough to not even pick up, and maybe 3 pieces of small cut steak on each slice. It amazes me they want$15/HR to do this poor of food work, unbelievable. Read more
