This is the best Mexican restaurant I?ve been to in a long time. The service was amazing. The owner/supervisor/cook, can come... across as a bit intense but I found his sternness charming and funny. The food came out fast (regardless if it?s ?not fastfood? ???? they really want to drill that in). The food was immaculate scrumptious delicious, noteworthy, the flavor was allenveloping. The coffee warmed my heart funny the one I got was called Corazon. The inside was so cozy me and my friend didn?twant to leave. 10 out of 10. Read more

I?m pretty sure I have never left a review in my life? but this place definitely makes me feel the need to say something. I went... here a few months ago expecting it to be cafe Martinez. (The previous establishment) I was disappointed at first to find it hadbecome a new place but that quickly changed. First of the owners are fantastic. Kind, prompt , and provide exceptional customerservice. It?s rare I find authentic tacos plus good coffee in one place, I usually find myself making two stops but not at Tacosy Cafe. They made a delicious latte with oat milk which was great to have as an option, the El Sol ,with a touch of vanilla wasvery tasty. It was also great as I haven?t eaten much meat to have a bean and cheese that actually had beans with flavor!Usually it?s just a greasy taco that tastes like pure pork fat but I can actually taste the beans and spices here, needless tosay it was great food, a great experience, and easily made me a regular. And don?t even get me started on the salsas. Everythingis delicious so happy to have this place in my neighborhood Read more

I just finished a Yoga class in the same shopping center and wanted to get fast breakfast. The 1st thing i noticed as i got into... the cafe was The flour tortilla maker taking, what it seemed to me, an exaggerated amount of time hand crafting each ball ofdough to make each hand-made tortilla, artistic! My breakfast taco a la Mexicana was wonderful and piping hot, did I alreadymention hand made flour tortillas? And Freshly squeezed OJ, say what? The cafe atmosphere is modern and inviting, with outdoorsitting too. I'm planning on coming back for more soon. Read more

I?ve been here quite a bit and it?s ALWAYS amazing! The drinks are so good, the food is very much home style Mexican food. In... San Antonio there?s a lot of great good but a lot of it is TexMex. Not a lot of genuine Mexican out there. I?m talking quesofresco, black beans and fresh ingredients you can just taste and picture abuelita making in the kitchen. They have someonemaking fresh tortillas in front of you! My go to is The Hangover helper ( if you love cilantro) The Extra and for a deliciousand oddly calming caffeine drink La Sirena does it for me. Oh and the vibe is so unique and just perfect. Describing it won?t doit justice you just have to check it out. Staff is also amazing, welcoming and just super nice all around. Read more

I love this place! The decor and vibe are on point, including the great music selection. I had a honey lavender latte that was... delicious and not too overwhelming on the flavors, as florals often are. I also had the oatmeal with fresh fruit and it was alittle bland but I kinda like that in oatmeal anyway. They were also very accommodating and I was able to get oat milk with bothof the items I ordered. They have a little shopping section near the door with some really cool items including shirts, jewelry, mugs, and hats. Can?t wait to go back! Read more
