THIS PLACE DOES NOT OPEN AT 7AM!!! We love their smoothies and food and service WHEN THEY ARE THERE but I just drove 20 min... there and 20 min back because they have 7am listed online and on their app! Hours of operation are not even listed on theirfront door! Waste of very expensive gas and time! So disappointing as we woke up extra early so that I could treat my child toher favorite smoothie before school and ended up running late to school without breakfast because of this whole ordeal! Slow service but worth it. I love their smoothies and flatbreads. My girl and I go there all the time.
The girls working avoid eye contact with you for at least 10 minutes while you?re waiting at register. They don?t even... acknowledge the fact that you?re standing there or say ?will be with you in just a second ? but they all have conversation amongthemselves not even work related. Then when they finally notice you and come to the register they act like you?re aninconvenience and you are disrupting them about something. When customers had bad experiences they don?t come back. Just wanted a small salad and smoothie for lunch and this certainly met my expectations. I ordered the ?Beach Club? salad, which... comes with grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes & Parmesan crisps with a salsa ranch dressing. The delicious smoothie I ordered wasthe ?Blimey Limey? which had strawberries, pineapple, orange juice and lime. Was large and very flavorful. Read more
My wife was placed on a liquid diet and she wanted a smoothie. We had never been to Tropical Smoothie and decided to give it a... shot. We both enjoyed each of our smoothies and look forward to our return. Next time, it?s quesadillas or flatbread sandwich. Read more
Today visit was our first, and upon entering we were met by very pleasant staff, that made us a very delicious Island Green... Smoothie and a Thai Chicken wrap, I highly recommend that you come and taste their foods and smoothies. Read more
