Pleasantly surprised how ridiculously good this BBQ was. The brisket and ribs were super tender. And the loaded cornbread with... brisket was so good and sinful. I need to run an extra 30 minutes after eating that! Plus the cherry cobbler was so perfectlywarm, sweet and yummy! Read more
Giving 1 star only because every single time I come, they never have ice, no forks, and no sauce. The food on the other hand is... fabulous. Just wished they could keep up with the rest so we don?t have to drink warm drinks, no bbq sauce with my brisket, anddefinitely don?t want to eat with my hands. Some of the best BBQ you can get around here for a decent price as well! It's a place you wouldn't really expect to be serving... such a good BBQ meal. But they somehow manage to do just that. Do yourself a favor and stop on by. My personal favorite is thepulled pork sandwiches. They are very good but I like to add a little more BBQ sauce tho. Overall a great place to eat. Read more

I really enjoy heading out to True Texas BBQ for some outstanding meats and sides. To compliment the BBQ, True Texas offers a... great variety of outstanding Craft Beer. Don't forget that on Tuesday's the craft beer is $2.00. Only on Fridays, the dinosaurbeef ribs are available for $23. What a deal!!! The restaurant is very relaxing and the staff is very attentive.
