The food was amazing. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. I would love to give this a 5 star review, but it was a little too... loud for me and the temperature was a few degrees too warm for my husband. With that being said, the staff was super friendlyand we enjoyed our meal. The decor is very classy and the lighting was perfect. We will definitely go back to try some otherthings on the menu! Smashing hit 1st visit. Our waiter Cortez was on point with the service! The Deviled Eggs with Caviar and Gold flakes were... delicious to the point my wife snatched the last piece! Branzino flavor was perfectly balanced with the pureed potatos, thesteak was tender and cooked perfectly! We ordered all 3 desert, for me it was the fluffy cheese cake! Highly recommended! Read more

Fun trendy spot with a menu to be much respected. I love the Japanese fusion type of menu with sushi, fish, and beef dishes to... explore. The shareable portion of the menu is that, shareable, but won\'t leave you full to where you can\'t eat your entree. The flavors are full and rich with each choice. I would have given a one start deduction for the 30 min wait, even withreservations, but made up for it with a great table instead. Can\'t wait to try the rest of the menu. Read more
If I had to describe Up Scale in one word, it would be \'texture\'.\nFrom the single cushion that snakes along the wall to form... multiple booths, to the (up?) scaled wall, to the food and the plates the food is even served on, there is particular attentionpaid to every aspect of your experience here. The thread that ties it all together are the fantastic textures.\nThe food isvery well thought out. We started with a King roll and the beef carpaccio.\nThe rice paper in the king roll was incredibly softand balanced well with the actual wasabi root (not the paste) that was served with it.\nThe beef is Wagyu and simply melts inyour mouth. The chef has added pistachios to balance both the flavor and texture of the beef.\nFor our main we had the scallopsin a pumpkin puree... The puree has a bit of a kick and a curry flavor.\nThe staff is divine, and were openly talking about howmuch they love working there and how the owners actually listen to their input. There is a lot to be said about that.\nI wasvery impressed with Up Scale, and will definitely be back. Read more
Came on a Saturday night to enjoy a birthday celebration with the girls. There was valet parking available in front of the... restaurant and because we had a reservation, we were sat immediately. Staff was friendly and professional. The tables were kindof close together but you couldn\'t really hear conversations next to you. The lighting was dim but gave off a romantic vibe.The food and drinks were amazing ????????. Everything I ordered was delicious. It is a bit pricey for the portions but you arealso paying for the experience. After our meals, we were given champagne for our birthdays. Great experience and recommend yougo. Read more
