On a cold day, they were out of chili. Total letdown. So I left and went to the next closest Wendy's, they had chili, lol. But... barely room temperature. It wasn't even warm. . Great meals and great deals! This a new restaurant so basically, everything looks new. Dine in area has TVs, awesome seating... spaces, fireplace and spacious. However, I?m so disappointed that the fireplace was not working when we dined in. I hope thatgets fixed, soon. Also, when one goes through the drive thru, one needs to ask for receipt because employees tend to forget.Other than that, I would definitely recommend it! Read more

Shift leader is absolutely wonderful. However, my order is somewhat wrong 100% of the time. I always get a large order as I have... a large family. I place my order online and set it to a future pick up time, in order to ensure they have enough time to make myorder, while still being able to help those with smaller orders. I was in the restaurant management industry/fast food for over20 years, so I know the frustration and inconvenience a large order like mine can bring. I even make sure no one is getting"custom" orders, out of respect for the staff. BUT, 100% of the time, missing or wrong drinks, missing or extra fries or chickennuggets, a literal blob of mayo on burgers, but skimpy on ketchup and mustard (not sure why, it's supposed to be equalportions), and 1 of 2 dipping sauce types is wrong or missing. BUT, staff never fusses when I need it corrected, manager lady isalways nice and funny, so despite the wrongness in my orders, I continue to go, simply because the staff makes it worth it. Read more

I think this is more throughout all of fast food in general but for this location, it's hit or miss on too many things.... Sometimes the order is incorrect or sometimes it's exactly whats ordered however the service while placing the order was poor.Workers with not even bad attitudes, they just have dead faces and look like they are emotionless, like talking to a wall. Very rude employees!!! I ordered 4 frostys and last sound of voice extremely rude! At the window I asked if I can get a patty... for my elderly family member who just had surgery and she rudely said it?s 1.08 but I couldn?t order at window and rejected myrequest. that Wendy?s is always empty no one behind me at that time she expected to around and order.. this was the manageracting like this with her employees laughing in background cuz I order only patty very unprofessional.. Wendy?s please seekbetter employment with people who want to work than just them standing around laughing at their customers it?s ridiculous!!! My only complaint with Wendy's is that every time I eat inside half of the drinks are out in the Coke Freestyle machine. I... don't know if you've seen how easy it is to load these things, but they should basically never be empty. Read more

Being from Texas I usually get whataburger. I am SO glad I chose Wendy's today!! The burger was on point! Picture perfect and... tasted better than most fast food burgers I've had lately. The drive thru was quick and the order came out hot and ready.Perfect drive through experience for me! I'll be back specifically for this location. Read more
