Ordered online. Salad and baked potato. Missed the entire salad. Disgusting cold, old bacconator fries instead of potato. No... condiments I asked for. The girl overcharged my credit card when my order was $11.98 yet in my bank account it was $16.72. I always ask for my receipt... and I checked my bank because she took to long with my card and on top of that my son?s order was incorrect. People if you goto this Wendy?s check your bank because they overcharged me in my bank account yet my receipt is correct on the order. Dirty (more tables dirty than clean). Slow (waited over 35 mins for a single spicy chicken combo...this location is always slow... but more than ever this time). Unprofessional (nobody, not even the manager on duty, would acknowledge the customers and thelong wait time. Even if they were short staffed, it seemed like they didn't care). I watched several customer walk in after meto place orders and the staff was clearly annoyed by having to take more orders than they already had pending. Workers wereusing their cell phones with one hand while actively filling orders with the other hand. Maybe today was an overly bad day butthis experience alone will cause me not to return. Read more
