After decades of being told that I need to try it if I ever come to Texas. Welp finally made it here and it was a big let down.... The dining area was empty but a mess. Several tables unavailable due to trash left behind from the last customer. Trash litteredthe floor as well. Multiple employees walked next to/stepped on the trash and kept on moving. Not one person came out to clean.If they aren't taking pride in their dining room... then how are they taking care of the kitchen? Asking for a friend who spent15yrs in the restaurant business. This was my first time here and the burger was really good. Onion rings were freshly made and the customer service was great.
It was amazing. It's was like 4am when my family and I came in to eat. The staff was super friendly especially the girl with the... piercings. I'm sorry I wish I knew her name. Anyway I highly recommend this place. The food was excellent. Read more
Normally we get good service from Whataburger. Tonight I did not. What a received was a 1/2 patty burger. Pretty sad that the... cook attempted to past this along as a proper meal. Read more
Never had a Whataburger. I got a few bugers by drive threw. Jalapeño burger and sweet and spicy burger. We enjoyed the sweet... and spicy burger more. Food was hot. But fries seem it had no salt. Fries are better than In N Out. Read more
I like Whataburger. Unfortunately there are no franchises in my state, and I can't blame the company for not wanting to be where... I live. The staff at this store seemed a bit overworked, and indeed, it was crazy busy when we got there at roughly 9 pm aftertearing down a multi day event. It is fast food for sure with all that that statement entails, but it just tastes better thanmost of its competitors. The quantity of food also seems to be the same as it has been in previous years, even though othercompanies are clearly reducing the size of their burgers/sandwiches. The quality was also good, as it typically is at WBs. Thisstore could use a bit of a deep cleaning, and as I mentioned, I just think we caught the counter person at the end of a busy dayfor them. I was new to the area, but the entry and exit to the lot was a bit confusing to me. It didn't help that I was tired,and that the store was busy though. Once I got into the lot, parking was ample with several open spaces. I look forward to beingable visit a Whataburger again soon. Read more
