Can't say much on a whataburger location. They are the go to Texas stop and thats about right. If you never had a whataburger id... say at least try it once. The melt is prettt good I would say. But that chili burger has been kicking prettt good since it cameout. Read more
I waited in car line for 13min after paying for my food. Called the manager on the phone and he said it was due to the football... game that let out at 8:40. Then tell me why 3 cars recieved their food and pass me up. Food was cold too. So many questions.Not the usual from here. Read more
It was good, I looove mustard, but they put a ridiculous amount on my burger, more than anyone would want. It was the bbq sweet... and spicy burger, shouldn't even come with mustard, I think they mightve just made the entire wrong burger all together becauseit tasted and looked nothing like what it's supposed to. If anything, put more bbq sauce on it! I couldn't even taste bbq sauce,or barely anything except the strong taste of yellow mustard, it drenched the bottom so much that the bun fell apart and gotmustard all over my hands and arms, staining my skin. Also I ordered a second sandwich. It was repeated back to me, and neverput into the bag. The manager tried to get me to reorder and said it would only take a second, but by that time I was over it.So annoying when people can't get a simple 2 sandwich order right. I usually live Whataburger, but this was the worst burgerI've ever had there. The girl at the window and taking my order was a little confused about her job as well which was a littlefrustrating. This place is crack. I have eaten here now four times and everytime it is correct and sooooo good. I?ve eaten a lot of... Whataburger in my life but this the best one yet. They are consistent. I live 40 minutes away and I drive all the way over herefor Whataburger. It is that good. Eat here! Read more
They will mess up 1 out of every 3 orders and tell you to pound sand. No jalapenos came 1 day after they had just fixed an order... 4 days earlier. One time I came by in the middle of the night and sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before I came insideto ask where my order was and they had served it to the wrong customer, but didn't bother to check on a single car blockingtheir outer lane for 30 minutes. Considering I eat out every meal that's a potential loss of around $300 a month. Attachedsimilar reviews to mine. Hope corporate steps in. Update 12/9 wanted to let yall know I tried to to order again. Pulledsandwich apart right after leaving drive through and no jalapenos, made them refund me on the spot. This place will never learn.
