Food is good, but my orders are often wrong with an item missing. Order accuracy is important and they don't seem to care much... here. Sadly that seems to be the norm lately. Read more

Had an issue with a late night delivery missing food. The manager, David called me the next morning, and again in the afternoon... to make it right. Big props to David Nunez, WB headquarters, give that guy a bonus. Read more

I'm sorry but this location is disgusting. Floors always feel like grease. I felt sick the afternoon I ate there thinking it... might have been something else. Went back recently for a quick lunch and feel sick again. I am convinced the food from thislocation is what did it. Not coming back. The crew is always happy though, and prompt. Read more

Terrible customer service. Literally ordered with only one vehicle in front of me at the time, and 25 min later neither him or I... still had not received our food. That's ridiculous, the food is never hot or fresh, fries are cold. So what takes almost a halfhr. to receive fast food that isn't freshly served. This location is trash due to customer service and wait times. Read more

Ruth Anne charged me and all my friends for sauces that we tried to sub. We went out of our way to come to ?the better... Whataburger? but Ruth Anne just argued with us. Stephen & Isis were very kind and understanding and made our visit 100x better. We all had ex management positions at Whataburger which accumulated to the confusion as to why she would put our sandwiches dryand charge us for the sauce. Kimberly is the worst thing to happen to this Whataburger. Read more

My delivery was not able to be delivered but Ruth Ann the team leader was amazing in trying to get it delivered. I know she was... in contact with Charlie and Isis (sorry if I misspelled anything). They were super helpful on trying to get my food even thoughthe whataburger app messed up everything and charged my card but then later said it was unable to deliver. The actual staff atthe location was amazing even though the app help was not great hense the 4 stars instead of 5. I would give 5 stars if localpeople still handled it all. I could not understand the guy on the app customer service so that is a negative right there!!Thank you Ruth Ann!!! Read more

I'm officially done with WhatABurger. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. I ordered my meal for... curbside and when I arrived at the store, Fernando was collecting the curbside signs. He suggested I go through the drive thruthat was packed with about 15 cars. I refused so he unlocked the front door and invited me inside to get my meal. Inside thestore was a mess. The floors were covered with fries and food and the trash was overflowing. The manager was running aroundtrying to get all of the orders complete but at least half the staff was bearly moving. I went to the counter and Fernando askedif my order was ready. My order was waiting on the floor because of the many bags they were trying to fill. I realize my food iswrapped by it wasn't the best visual. Next she placed it on the counter next to the fries and asked a girl to verify the order. That girls gave the first girl the finger right in front of me. She then proceeded to give the order a look over and said thatit was ready to go. Fernando went and double checked the order and found that it was missing an apple pie and a cookie for thekids meal. He then stated that he had been busy bringing in the curbside signs and was unable to prepare the orders drinks. Hesaid "The cups are next to the soda machine. Go ahead and help yourself. At home, I opened my burger and it looked like it hadbeen leaned on. I asked for it to be cut in half and even that was messed up. (See photos) I know it's tough to always have aperfect experience for the customer when it's busy but this location has only become worse over time. WhatABurger isn't cheap. Ican go buy dollar burgers and expect that kind of experience. For now, I think I'll switch to Teddy Bs across the street or TheShack at their new location. It's the same price but better food and experience. Read more
