Everytime, your order will be either Cold or the order is Always Wrong like it's their protocol. This time both, and fries... aren't even salted.. as busy as this location is it should always be fresh. If they can repeat the order to you correctly andcharge you for it, they in return should provide you with a Correct, Fresh order.. but this location hasn't been able to graspthis concept in months. Whataburger typically isn?t quick since they make your burger when you order it. There were 7 car in front of me at 11:30pm... taking dinner to my son & daughter in law to the hospital as they picked up the son from the hospital. The order was readyfaster than what I thought. Very Good Whataburger. Great food friendly staff. I eat there often for breakfast and at Burger Time. The NEW Blue Cheese Burger... is a whale in size and it will fill you up. Coffee is good and I have never had an issue. Obviously it is managed very well.Thanks! Read more
I've been going here the better part of 5 years now. I cannot recall a single time besides today they have EVER gotten my order... wrong and I always have substitutions. When it happened for the first time today I was dreading going back in and asking for anew one because I try not to be extra difficult places. They handled it quickly and made it fresh. Got a little bit of extrabacon and some fries for the trouble which never hurts. This location is phenomenal and no matter how busy it is when I go theyare always fast and accurate. Read more
Every time I order breakfast from this specific one, the eggs are always over cooked, hard and not seasoned. Hard like potatoes... not eggs that?s for sure. Won?t be ordering breakfast from here anymore. Read more
Very good food at a reasonable price and the staff was wonderful to our family. The staff brought out extra napkins, ketchup,... and asked if we need anything else. This was not really expected at a self-service restaurant but was really appreciated. Read more
By far one of the best what a burgers I have been to in quite sometime. These employees were busting their bottoms, while it was... super busy, AND still managed to be professional, helpful, and just kind. My wife and children pronounce it WATER-burger, but make no mistake, this is the NUMBER ONE fast food burger as far as I or... anyone is concerned. The burger sizes are healthy and full of flavor. The staff is always polite and friendly. On more than oneoccasion an employee gas said something along the lines of "I hope you have a wonderful day" with genuineness and I drove awaysmiling. I only wish that I had a Whataburger in my kitchen at home. Read more
