I was very unexpectedly disappointed. I've been through the drive thru here and had pretty good service but we decided to go... inside to take a closer look at the menu. The cashier wasn't very friendly except if you were a guy then she'd turn on hercharm. We waited about 30 min for our food. And she didn't place one of the items I had ordered and told me I didn't tell her.Why didn't she repeat it back like they do in the drive thru? So then we had to order it again and wait while the rest of ourfood got cold. We tried the chili fries... but we were not impressed. The concept was good but the fries got cold pretty quickand the chili lacked that gooiness we Texans have come to love about chili. The place was pretty clean though. It's a shame I love whataburger and this location is right by my house but every time I come here I spend 14+ dollars for old... dried over cooked chicken. It's disgusting. Read more

This Whataburger always has such a long wait in the drive thru no matter time of day. Food was hot, drinks good except I only... got one slice of cheese on my double meat double cheese burger. Kind of a bummer since they charged me extra for it. Read more
Worst customer service. Employees name Jacqueline J had an attitude for no reason. I had a free rewards for onion rings and she... scanned the rewards, but didn?t give me my onion rings. And I know purposely she gave me no napkins. After I tell her ? I don?tlike your attitude, she says ? thank you have a nice day ? never again. Read more

We went last night and when we got home, we realized that one meal was missing so today we went back to let them know.
