Came in and was instantly greeted by David working the front. Took my order fast and the food came out relatively fast as well.... The person that took our order did not greet us. I said hi to him in order for him to acknowledge us. Seems he needs more... training in taking orders. He kept saying, "anything else?, anything else?" He wasn't very friendly either. Needs bettertraining. There was another gentleman looked like a manager of some sort, now he was a breath of fresh air compared to ourserver. He was friendly, greeted his customer, he suggested items. Night and day. Management needs to take note, your customersare observing what your employees are doing and not doing. I hope that doesn't reflect on Management? They will probably not look at this review but very disappointed in the food we got. My chicken sandwich had barley to none... sauce on which is very disappointing. A dry chicken sandwich does not tasted good. Sweet tea was nasty! Tasted old, poured itaway as it was un drinkable. Please pay more attention to when getting the order ready and maybe taste test your teas beforeselling it to paying customers. I can definitely say I won?t be back at this location. Read more
Great dine in experience. Clean, friendly staff, helpful, plenty of seating. If you are visiting, add the spicy ketchup. They... only put mustard on your burger. Get gravy if you get the chicken dinner box Cons: congestion during lunch hour. No parking anddrive thru backed up. Read more
This Whataburger location is good but i would say they need to pay more attention and their orders...Sometimes they either mixed... the order or would gives you wrong...Bu no matter what products are mostly fresh and delicious i like my Whatacatch mealespecially with grilled onions cheese and jalapenos.Drive thru service is also good even when they busy during rush hours,withtwo lanes they would serve you pritty much good and quick.. I would really appreciate if they'd stop punching my burgers together when I'm getting up for takeout. Instead of rushing to... make the burgers they should actually slow down a little bit and make them look presentable instead of looking like somebodyjust sat on other than that they taste awesome as usual.
