I'm so disappointed in this Whataburger in my neighborhood. Overall, Whataburger is my #1 favorite fast food burger place. ... However, the last three trips to this location have been bad experiences. The poor kids outside have been great, but whoever isinside receiving the orders needs more training. My orders have been wrong each of the last three times. More than that, myson had ordered the chicken strips and both times they forgot the gravy dipping sauce. I even told the cashier who told me hewould make sure it was added in the order. Ridiculous, Whataburger. Do better. Read more
Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, watching 2 employees walk back and forth between sitting at a table in the lobby and... kitchen playing around on phones and using profanity before an employee was told to take the 3 separate orders waiting. Guy thattook my order wasn?t very friendly and looked very annoyed to have to take orders for the lobby. Not one clean available tableand lost interest standing at the counter to find some one to clean the table. After sitting at a dirty table and waiting forfood, the same guy that took my order brought my food and, I asked if it was possible to have the table cleaned and disinfected( you know cause of ?COVID?) and told me it was not his job and walked away? also never came back with the condiment trey andwas right back to square one at the counter waiting on someone to help me. Great location away from the city, had the Buffalo chicken ranch Salad definitely not worth $9 dollars small favors do not pair... well. Over all happy to have a new spot in the area. Read more
I love my whataburger! The location is still new, and my last visit had a few hiccups, but when I called and spoke to the... manager, he took care of everything. My order was made right. The employees are all very friendly and nice. I will definitely beback. And I?m so glad there is finally a location close to home. Read more
I would have gave 0 stars but it forces you to give at least one to post. My wife ordered our food through the drive thru and... she gets home and eats her food and realized there is a hair hanging out of it. So she opened it up and there it was everyone?snightmare. I wish this upon nobody. I?m so sick of places like this, so we will try our luck other places. Never again at thisbrand new place. I was so excited about this new location opening because I figured it HAD to be better than the one by 1604. Wrong. Order is... always wrong, items missing, long waits, etc. No gravy with chicken strips meal, no fruit chews with the kids meals. In themornings, sausage sandwiches instead of bacon as listed on the receipt. The worst part is they deliver the wrong order curbsideso then you have to go inside to get it fixed anyway, completely defeats the purpose. Read more
Came today on opening day. Great burgers! Whataburger is typically not the speediest fast food restaurant, and it was no... different here. Took about 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru... but the food was great! This Whataburger is located inthe fast growing area at the intersection of Potranco and 211 (211 expansion in the northward direction is already underway) onthe far west side of San Antonio. Food was warm (not hot), drinks were cold, and workers were friendly. Will be returning! Read more
