The food and service were great but I thought it was weird that the guy who greeted us told us to feel free and sit ourselves... during a busy Friday night, despite having a "please wait to be seated" sign in the doorway. There was only one table in thedining room that was available but it hadn't been bussed yet. I would have much rather waited at the entry way to be seated thanto have to stand at a dirty table in the middle of a rush. Aside from the whole table debacle, our experience was fine. Ourwaitress was very attentive, especially for it being packed in the dinning room, and the drinks and food were wonderful. Woulddefinitely give it another try! Read more

Went to eat with my friends and family for the first time ever and we the most pleasant experience. The store was so clean and... presentable. My server was very attentive and friendly. The food tasted so good and was prompt and delicious! 5 stars for theManager Guillermo. He was such an example of what it means to provide awesome customer service! We will be back just because ofhim and how well he treated our entire party! He truly is one of the best managers we've seen in San Antonio! Read more

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Friendly greet at entrance and warm welcome to the table. The server was so... attentive and happy to see us when we sat down. The drinks were so delicious and cold, food was hot and on time. I do have topoint out that the Manager Guillermo was on point from coming by multiple times to check on us but also so helpful with hisstaff, you can see where it stems from management and why the staff is friendly. Visited on 7/2/2022....Great tasting wings and cold beer! Kind of loud inside, somewhat cold for us old folks :) Mackenzie a... great hostess/waitress - gave us what we needed fast and very attentative. Wings however, were very skimpy. Placed next to mycar remote for comparison. 10 wings for $13.99 makes it $1.39 for these skimpy wings. Folks, I know there's a drought in SA,however, serving these to your customers...A sad day. Spoke with the manager, "Robert" to see what he could do forus...nothing. His response, "that's the way it is". I asked him if this was the best he could do. He acknowledged once again. Mackenzie however, quickly returned and replaced these under-nourished wings with better sized wings. Thanks Mackenzie! I just did the Sloppy Queso Fries they were good for a light snack, some of my colleagues had the wings and also the sandwich... was good on down side was there were not enough servers so food took a little but not sure if they were short on cooks also. Read more

Wing flavors were good, as was the grilled chicken sandwich. The boneless wing portions were small but the traditional wings... were fairly good sized. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty for there to only be 6 tables seated. There were used napkins,straw paper, and other miscellaneous items on the floor throughout. Service was terrible. Waitress brought plates for ourappetizer after we were done, she lagged on filling drinks and instead sat at an empty table looking at her phone. We won?t eatin again, but may get food to go. This place is okay if you're craving wings. The wings are also really large and you get a decent portion. The sweet potato fries... could have been fried for a little longer and I feel like it needed more Seasoning. Read more
