Took my family out for wings and ordered over the phone ahead of time and still had to re order once i had arrived because they... hadn?t even wrote down nor started on my order. Then to make matters worst, after a long wait we finally began to eat. As wewere starting to enjoy the food we noticed a cockroach on the wall near our table, after I brought it up to the managersattention, all I got was a lousy apology and didn?t see them taking action or at least acting a bit concerned.
