Took my family out for wings and ordered over the phone ahead of time and still had to re order once i had arrived because they... hadn?t even wrote down nor started on my order. Then to make matters worst, after a long wait we finally began to eat. As wewere starting to enjoy the food we noticed a cockroach on the wall near our table, after I brought it up to the managersattention, all I got was a lousy apology and didn?t see them taking action or at least acting a bit concerned. My name is Sylvia. I was there not 1 hrs ago, I ordered rolls, it took me 20minutes to get home so when I open the bag the rolls... looked like left over customer rolls but re heated, the first time I bought the different staff the rolls were fresh. Went today bread rolls burn and refuse to replaced. Said the over was broken. Waste of your money. Bad customer service.
The wings are definitely not wing stop quality. They are small, over cooked, cold, and dried out. The French fries are broken... pieces of fries that are over cooked and left under the heat lamp to dry. They charge for a cup of water. Read more
Order Cajun and Hawaiian wings instead I got these and they were not Cajun not juicy at all! I stopped here bc It was closer to... where I was going but never again will I go back!
