I order extra well done wings because i like them crispy, but they gave me dry wings I never ordered them without sauce! Lately... this place has a terrible service and lack of attention to details. There was a poor delivery guy in-front of me that they couldeven find the order he was picking up when it was right on their nose. I just attempted to reach someone via phone after placing my to-go order online to ask that my dips, which cost an additional... $1.59 plus tax EACH, actually be included in the order this time (left out multiple times in previous orders). I was placed onhold, but I hung up after waiting over 6 minutes with no assistance. I just recommend checking your orders before leaving! Read more
food quality is great, customer service is trash. always rude or in a rush, always on their phones & every time i call i get... placed on hold no matter what time of the day it is. had called about my order four times each time got put on hold no one evergot to me. just to get to the restaurant and my order wasn't even prepared. I don?t understand if it?s just because this location is in the ghetto or cause the people who work here are ghetto, but this... has to be the worst location I?ve ever ordered from. The chicken is super dry, they taste like they?ve just been sitting under aheat lamp, not to mention the funky after taste. Service was terrible I believe her name is brandy. She was completely unprofessional. I asked her for napkins and she was rudely... pointed at the napkins. She up charged me extra for a large drink.
