Food was excellent. Service sucks. Couldn't get a drink refill but thr girls in front werr on their cell phones the entire time.

Customer service at the drive through was horrible. We ordered lemon and orange chicken. Lemon chicken was so chewy it was like... eating jerky. The chicken even tasted nasty. The rice was old and egg drop soup has no flavor. I will never recommend or eatfrom here again. Read more

This was actually a great place to the Marbach and 410 area as soon as they relocated across the street! Now there are a few key... players and making this establishment what it is today! If anyone knows Max and trust me we all know max.. this young man hasworked alongside a team that has helped better our community and serve our community delicious food alongside this humbleemployee. To say that I'm thankful that these folks made it through the pandemic is an understatement! We've always had a greattime here and have enjoyed great food and service. Now the dialogue from certain employees is not really and steadily alwaysavailable but if you look past that everything else is just a walk in the park! Our orders were wrong. They brought me sweet tea when I requested unsweetened tea. The girl who took our order kept wanting to... change what we ordered. I keep telling her it was not what my mother wanted. She repeated what I said but she ordered somethingmore expensive. They never gave us the price adjustment after they ordered the wrong thing. Normally I appreciate the food and service at all Wok Inn. locations. However today was a terrible experience. I placed an order... by phone. They were very courteous during my order , I?ll give them that. I ordered the lettuce wraps for pickup. I was reallylooking forward to the food and realized this was the lettuce that was placed in my order. I would have preferred if they toldme they were out of lettuce. This is so disappointing and makes me question the quality of the rest of their food. Read more

The food wasnt the best, but still was excellent. We ordered the big family special for $30. It included our 4 drinks, 4 egg... rolls, 4 soup bowls, one large bowl of rice, and 3 entrees. The entrees consisted of the Lo Mein, the Pad Thai, and the CashewChicken. We had enough food to for 9 people!! The food is also great at holding for leftovers, we believe that it was actuallybetter 2nd day. Amazing! Read more
