This McDonald's suffers from very poor customer service. They have sassy people taking orders at the drive thru that are too... busy flirting and laughing with coworkers instead of paying attention to your order. Then they ask you several times to repeatyourself. You get to the window to pay and the flirting and laughter are still going on where they are turned away from you toattend to the coworker. Then you get the order at the 2nd window and you have everyone standing around including crew leaders orsupervisors watching the things going on but not addressing it. I check my order at the window and find several burgers are notmade as requested and I let them know. I get dirty looks because I refuse to get parked. If management was in control andassisting with the orders instead of texting on their phone I wouldn't have be to be getting parked. Mind you for for those whodon't know, everything in that store that is fried or on the grill should not take more than 4 minutes to get made. Yet I waitedover 37 minutes for the remake of my food and then they were upset when I asked them to replace the fries that were already coldand the drinks that were watered down. Don't know how this store got this way. But it definitely needs employee replacementstarting with management. Read more

Took way to long to take the order, once I got to place my order; they told me to wait again. I get to the drive thru window... and they give me my food without paying. I could have left to be a bad person but I'm the one to tell the employee I haven'tpaid yet. I was going to pay with my bank card but the credit card machine wasn't working. Thank God I had cash to pay. Nobodywas on the same page working. I leave the drive thru going home just to find out that my order was wrong. 2 stars only becausefood was okay and they were kind enough to be patient even though nothing was going good for them and did the best they could.(No I didn't call or go back to complain about getting my order wrong, I felt bad for them) Read more

I understand that they sometimes take a while because they?re busy. However, this time was just very ridiculous. I ordered a... quarter pounder meal and by the time i knew it, all the drive thru cars had left and i was still waiting. Placed my order at7:19 and didn?t receive it until 7:35. Took up most of my lunch break as I had to be back by 7:45. Not only that but my frieswere soggy and cold. I?m not one to complain and i?m very understanding but this was just a horrible experience. There are not very many restaurants or fast food places left that have the employees wear face masks still, and this one still... does. So comfortable and pleased picking up food for my family from this McDonald's knowing they respect and care about theircustomers safety and have them feeling comfortable and safe picking up or even dining in to those that do. Thank you so muchMcDonald's, this will be our number one pick up spot from now on. :) Read more

The long line to the drive-through is crazy so we came in the tables are clean the floors are immaculate the service inside was... great my grandkids were happy and the video game that they had on table was great to keep them busy. Read more
