They close the lobby and wont let u get food unless u use drive thru..which i live roght around the corner and like to walk and... have to wnd up at subway most the time because they wont seeve me cause im not in my car.and they are rude at drive thru signwhen i havw bewn in mu car (Meaa) this lady kept asking"is that all* the whole time i was ordering as she was bothered she hadto stop talking and take my order, then when i got to wolindow jad to qait 22 mins for food because she was standing theretalking to other girl..came to window with attitude and the way she sholved the bag in my hand ...jus WOW..CANT BELIEVE IT!!!What is going on with this place lately?? Not bad, food was on point but had to remind them a couple times of my order. Def took a minute to get my stuff out.
They are slightly slower, but the obviously hand made milk shakes and tacos alone after worth it. Ive always enjoyed Baker's... chicken teriyaki mom's meal. My favorite locations are at highland and waterman and highland and Arden. Since 1976 when I gotmy first car, my besties and I would cruise thru the same drive thru's. So I went through the drive thru & as I waited at the window for my food, there was a man sitting 6 feet in front of my car on... the curb smoking out of a meth pipe. Not one worker seemed to care. I'm glad that I did not have children in the car. Verydisappointed with the staff. The food was ok, fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Was a little disappointed in this Bakers my cheeseburger which I ask for grilled onions on didn't have grilled onions didn't... have really any lettuce and didn't even have tomato on it ask for a taco with extra cheese got a pinch of cheese on there when Ipaid for extra cheese didn't even get it well it was nice the owner replied to my review but really didn't offer anything tomake up the difference you know I live all the way up in the Palm Springs area and I often Drive 35 miles one way just eat at aBaker's because there's no Bakers in the low desert Valley the bakers that I went to was in San Bernardino up off of Highlandnext to Saint Bernardine's hospital I have eaten there on several occasions but highly disappointed in the product that came outof this particular store and being charged all that extra money for extra cheese that I didn't even get it's very disappointingleast they could do would be to offer some money or a free meal or something or offering to replace the food that I originallybought keep your customers happy would be a good idea you really need to try to put a Baker's here in a low Desert Palm Springsarea I don't like in and out burger I've always been a big fan of Baker's been eating there for 40 years Read more

There was half a dozen people waiting to be attended to there were people in the Drive-Thru but nobody attending the people... walking in after several minutes the drive-through person said if you want to order you need to walk over here.
