This Baskin Robbins is just OK. It's hit or miss. As a lot of their employees are rude teenagers who have no clue how to deal... with the public. They also skimp on the scoops especially for the price they charge. Then there are a few really friendlypeople who work there. They hook it up and give you what you pay for. So you may have a good experience and you might leave witha baby scoop;) lol The ice cream and cakes we've bought from here have been good. I just don't like that it's a hit or missspot. Read more
I've been coming here since I was a kid and that was a long time ago lol. They are super friendly and have all kinds of ice... cream treats including shakes and coffee drinks, ice cream cakes and even ice cream pizza go figure. I go by here at least 3times a week. I walk here so I earn my treat lol. Go see them, take the kids and have a bit of fun. Read more

My cake's box handle broken, i asked them to write something and...see picture below.... Smudges everywhere on the cake like... they're trying to fix the mistake the made but EPICALLY FAILED! Customer service is zero! Staff attitude personally ZERO!QUALITY OVERALL ZERO! One employee literally just walking around back and forth doing nothing instead of helping the line tomove faster by do the writing at the back while the cashier cashing people out.. You would think when you picked a place suchas Baskin Robbins (this is an international franchise mind you and at other countries the service & location are outstanding)you'd get good (at least because it's San Bernardino) quality on products and services but nope! Not bad if getting a special. Toppings are a joke. You can't get a little of both have to choose one or the other! Sometimes I... like just a little bit of caramel and hot fudgue on my sundae or pineapple,Caramel and hot fudge on a Bannana split. Read more
This place have been serving up delicious frozen desserts for my entire lifetime. So many flavors of ice cream to choose from.
Tons of flavors and really good service. Go get some comfort.
