I reserved a line for my son's birthday and we had 2 hours of fun. However, the outdated equipment needs renovating as the... machine sometimes gets stuck for a while and then starts again. The balls take forever to return to you so you loose timewaiting for it before you can go for the second shot. Also there's not enough bowling balls for each size/weight. It was 4 of usan during the 2-hour time frame, we were able to do only 2 rounds. Including shoe rental the cost was $28.00 per person, so Ithink it's expensive for the condition of the place. Very fun place to bowl. Sometimes it can get hot inside. They need better a/c. The food is delicious that they serve and ice... cold beer. I really like the projector screens at the end of the lanes. Read more
They need to do something about the AC system, it is sooo hot in there. We were sweating the entire time. They have a few fans... circulating air but it is definitely not enough. If you don?t like sweating constantly, don?t bowl here ???????????? Read more
Went to Arrowhead with the intent to create a day of bowling for my group of retired buddies. Bowled 4 games. However every... time I got a strike or spare the scoreboard reflected 9 or a miss. I mentioned it to staff that blew me off. When I went topay mentioned it to the cashier that acknowledged the system was glitching. But, took my money for all 4 games like everythingwas a 100%. As a business owner don?t do shady business. Tell me upfront that it?s subpar. give me credit or coupon for freegame next time, something. Asked for the manager, but then said forget it, if they run a shady business bringing it to theirattention won?t make a difference. Paid full price this time. But, there won?t be a next time! Great place great staff. Fun game room. I got BEST RECORD ON SPACE INVADERS lol. Only thing I recommend is the air... conditioner..its not broken its just when it gets packed in there you start to feel the heat a bit. Read more
Lots of upgrades, and lane conditions are definitely improved from just a few years ago. With that being said the prices are... rediculous, throw in the automatic 18% gratuity and it definitely feels like your being taken for a ride. And alcohol is nuts,it's like 23 dollars for a pitcher of domestic. That same pitcher was like 16 dollars the last league year that I bowled there.Would love to give 5 stars but the higher costs are too excessive. Read more
I had fun. Just we made a reservation and they give priority to those who buy online. Its ok don't get me wrong but the guy on... the phone could've gave us that advice instead of waiting for almost 2 hrs. We called ahead and put our name down for a lane. We were told it will be available at 6 pm. We are still waiting and it's 6:45.... There was a point when they only had 5 lanes open.
