Bathrooms were a bit messy, but it was towards the end of the day. Some projectors need cleaning or focus. Food was good. Some... of the wings were a bit spicy. Bar type experience throughout. Brought the family and we were not feeling the vibes. Great placeto hang out. Another plus is that they are open late. They accommodated us by switching out close to 16 wings that thee peoplein the party were not satisfied with. Really nice outside. Seems like its a big business area. Loud music and many screens. Out Of Napkins?! How does a restaurant allow itself to run out of napkins? We were given wet wipes. The appetizer showed up... after our main order, only after we had to ask about it again. They didn't have 2 of the margarita drinks I tried to order. Thefood was actually pretty good, but the service was mediocre as our waiter seemed a bit out of sorts. Placed online order said it would be ready at 8pm. Didn't receive my order until 845 and then I missing items so had to wait... even longer I tried the bird dawgs for the first time.. I wish they looked like the picture Read more

So I've been sitting here for about an hour and all I have in front of me is a menu. We ordered beer which they were out of. We... ordered off the happy hour menu but because the server had to return several times to tell us they were out of the beer weordered he didn't put the order in so we were told we missed happy hour but we didn't. We then ordered the house sampler butthey were out of onion rings, so they wouldn't serve the sampler. The manager came over and made several excuses as to why theycouldn't serve because the computer takes it off the screen, so I asked there's nothing she could do and she said No! She neveronce asked how they can make it right. Shebtold me I can come back tomorrow if zinwant to talk to the GM, wow! She then walkedaway and left the server on his own, poor guy not his fault. The leadership here is terrible. If I were to have dealt with thisthe way she did, I would have been written up. So I will not be ordering food tonight or ever again from this Hospitality BWWestablishment in San Bernardino, CA. Read more

The service was relatively ok. I went around 3pm, so it wasn?t busy. I had the new Doritos wings, and they were tasty. The... reason for my 4 rating is because I had received an email about house beer being $3 per tall; however, I was told that theyweren?t doing it. So it was very disappointing. Read more

How do these guys stay in business? I?m here for lunch at 1:20 on a Monday. Ordered iced tea and I was told they had no iced... tea. My Chicken Bites were dry and cool. Not hot. Fries were also cool to cold. Server was very pleasant but that did not makeup for the poor food. No I would not recommend this place. Read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were greeted by a friendly staff who were quick to inform us that the whole menu wasn't... available. The wings were available, so I was hopeful. My hopes were dashed by their boneless "wings." The "wings" wereessentially chicken nuggets. The meat was the consistency of that of a nugget, not a wing. The sauce was tasty (I'd suggest theNashville Hot) and the staff was friendly and attentive, but if you're going there for wings, get the bone in version, you'llbe more satisfied, especially for the price....I may go back and try something else, but it's definitely a no to the boneless"wings." My visit and review was from June 9th but not sure why they?re not posting it !!! By far the Worst experience ever not only was... the customer service horrible I brought it to their attention that the food tasted different than regular times I came beforehim the server only responded with the food is always fresh and walked away. I was told to come in the following day with theactual food itself so I can speak to a general manager and a specialist for the food as I am there Richard who is the manager onsite is not helpful at all. He seen the food himself and I?m telling him that these are maggot eggs and he?s refusing tounderstand that these are Maggot eggs. he?s constantly going back-and-forth with me I ask him for a refund he?s refusing togive me a refund he save these incidents don?t ever happen especially a day after. So I?m there for roughly about 30 mins. Hegoes and get fresh wings and say look these have it here as well. But they don?t it?s what the chicken releases when beingcooked not maggot eggs. So then he says I could just replace your order. It would?ve been faster. Who would want to eat hereagain after experiencing what I did. I just wanted my money back. And now I?m communicating with their franchise team. Please beon the look out guys. And don?t let Richard tell you other wise.
