F this Del Crapo, I got the fish taco combo and it was trash, over cooked and it looked like it was slapped together by... toddlers, not to mention my fries were all smushed. Worse part is I was in the drive thru for about 15 min with only 2 carsahead of me. The ladies inside should consider finding a new career. Worse fast food I've gotten in the last 20 yrs. Read more
Worst night shift. I order #16 and they gave me burnt buns wrapped up sloppy. I went back around and told them they gave me... burnt buns again and it taste like they pour salt all over the meat. Never coming here again Read more

Worst customer service ever. Young blonde girl at the drive thru around 9/27/22 completely rude and unprofessional and big... attitude. Accused us of lying because she doesn?t know how to count the items in an order. went back to receive missing itemsand said she we were lying cause she said she counted everything correctly, but was missing a few tacos. Who lies about tacos?just wanted our food that we paid for and she refused, so we had to repurchase the food since our family at home was waiting.not surprised, the service is always like that at this location, always forgetting food and then don?t believe you when theymess up. I don't know if it's the employees who are lazy and don't stock the containers with lettuce and cheese (what's my fault?... ???????????) or if the owner asks them to put a little food in the tacos, the truth is that all my tacos were like this, Ibought to go so I couldn't tell them to their faces the bad service they give, but it is 100% sure I'll never go back. I love their iced coffee! And it's less than an two dollars, so you can't beat that. My favorite food is nachos and I can't go... wrong here. Even their 1.49 three layer nachos are delicious. They have great service and are friendly. Read more
Very strange and bizarre place. The area is sketchy to begin with but my daughter was hungry and craving Del Taco. When we... pulled up to the drive-thru there was no one ahead of us, and the lady taking our order was very nice and asked all theappropriate questions to see if our order was correct. We pulled up to the window and paid, but then we were asked to pullaround to the front of the building again and wait in a handicap parking spot for our order. This was extraordinarily strange asthere was also no one waiting behind us and we only ordered three items. I was wondering just how long we were going to wait forthis order. It was probably somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes we waited, and the lady that took our order came out with ourbag, and even though we said we didn't need any sauce, she put a ridiculous amount of sauces in the bag. However, we receivedwhat we ordered and went on our way. What we were given to eat was only somewhat passable. As there was absolutely NOTHING elsegoing on, you would think we would receive something that more closely resembles commercials. The whole experience was strange,but again, the lady was nice.
