Freeway exit location. Expect it to be busy. They are always super busy and the owner never has enough people on hand to fill... the orders. Even with the app, and per-ordering you're gonna hang out for a bit. Staff is great, they are busting themselvessideways to get orders out. I can see that. This is totally a staffing and management issue here every one of you is amazing.Food is quality and you guys care. It's a Del Taco. Expect Del Taco quality from very over worked employees. Read more
First of all we showed up at the drive-thru at 7:40am and was told they didn?t open till 8:00 when hours posted are 6:00am to... 1:00am, a couple of cars went through and was served before 8:00 am. Went back and finally was able to place order, fries werebarely halfway filled and no sauce on burrito. Terrible service and the food was pare. Not the usual for Del Taco. Read more
Ok i like coming here but i don't like how careless they get when you do a 6plus order of tacos. There is barely anything on... these tacos mostly cheese one piece of lettuce and some meat. Very unprofessional I'd rather wait for you to do it right then tojust rush the order out. Not pleased please do better on multiple orders of one item Read more
The only reason I'm giving 1 star is due to the cusromer service. I had an issue with my order and I spoke to the cashier and... with an attitude she said yes!! I told her my receipt said something different from what I order, she said no, I order this. Isaid no I didn't. Before my food was made I figured she would correct the issue. All it was, was red sauce on my burrito vs.Green sauce. They made me wait outside due to covid, understanding. But my burritos were still green sauce. Then I orderedchicken soft tacos and she gave me hard tacos. I was like "wow". I guess I won't complain about my order again. She could ofeven spit in my food too and I wouldn't even realize it.
