Food is good. However, I know the store closes at 11pm, but the restaurant doors are always locked. It makes picking up to go... orders very difficult. Sometimes I want to sit down for a meal but it?s very strange that we can?t dine in once 5pm comesaround. Google says dine in is available but that doesn?t seem very accurate. Please clarify this. Rude management. They forgot an ENTIRE 4pc chicken meal with sides on our to-go order. We usually don't like to sit there and... check the bag to hold the line up, so we had drove off. When I came back with receipt in hand, the manager at the front accusedme of lying. When the missing order was brought out it was a 2pc meal and both sides were wrong. The incompetent workers actlike it comes out of their paycheck. Get a grip. Read more
When I?m in the mood for some of El Pollo Loco?s famous Fire Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken, I take a short drive to our local... El Pollo Loco Restaurant and get my fix of their delicious Chicken!
