I haven't been to Jacky Box since 1979. The tacos back then looked like they were made with canned dog food. Not very appealing... and so greasy the bag wouldn't hold them for long. Every time I come here there?s always something new. If it?s not them missing an item, giving the wrong item, then it?s just... plain out being rude with bad customer service. I wouldn?t recommend going to this place and I always try to avoid it. Istrongly recommend that you go to another one. Read more

I gave one star because zéro star doesn't exist. One of stuffs name is Desiree. The worse employee I ever heard on speaker. ... She is very disrespectful, very rude and this is so sade for Jack in Box because its was my first time to try this restaurant.I don't recommend this store, I see now why this store has 2/5 stars on YELP. There fast on giving out the good they always give enough sauces like ketchup whatever you ask just tell them how many you want... and there friendly food always super hot and as a fast food I always liked this place !! Read more
I have to say, Rick (drive-thru taking order) is doing a great job for taking our orders' accurately and very informative to... check the screen to make sure all orders are correct. In the kitchen on other hand, they need to wear MAGNIFYING GLASSES andtriple sure that we have or got all of our orders as reciept accurately specified. I have to go back, because I or we orderedPatty-melt with bacon; when I arrived home, there's no bacon in it (see pictures attached). Whoever work in the kitchen,complaint like this; the manager should do some corrective actions to her/his employees to avoid having upset customer like me. Read more
Only thing worth eating on the menu is the bacon Swiss buttery jack. Tacos are usually old or greasy so be prepared for a... stomach ache. New sweet cream coffee is pre-made and honestly taste like the regular iced coffee lol. Only recommend if youdon't have any other options Read more
Hi, I work across the parking lot, and am not happy with your employees! Every time I walk into your branch, these high school... jerks are always messing around and messing up my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and instead am greeted with agrill chicken sandwich, WITH 2 bottom buns. Y?all think you?re funny, but this isn?t a game.
