I love this place for the reason they hired the people that are at the school for the blind right across from their restaurant I... love this place I think I can commend them for everything they do for the school and the fact that they take the time to want totrain these people and and show the world that no one should be judged no one should be treated different that this restaurantand as far as I see the only restaurant I've ever met hires the blind so I don't know or hires a child that's got such severedisability that the world's giving up on them thank you God thank you for the parents that stood by their children and thank youto those that taught them to teachers and then thank you too Jack in the box. This Jack n the crack is located downtown San Bernardino on D st. Employees have always been friendly and usually get the order... correct. A few times they have messed up but no harm no foul. Because they've always made it right. My only complaint about thislocation is there tacos are always cold and mushy they're never crispy and hot:( Also I hate that when you order a burger thatcomes with pickles and there's literally only 1 or 2 on it. Other than that they are an ok spot to grab a quick bit toeat. Hopefully they will read this review and fix these minor problems. Read more

We ordered 2 (two) Jr. Jack Jumbo Cheeseburger combos. The service was good and the staff was nice and prompt. The burger tasted... bland and we really didn?t like the bun that was used on the burgers. The price was a bit high considering the taste of theburgers. The place was not clean and homeless people were moving everywhere inside of this place. Therefore, we felt insecureand left the place early. Read more
The girls here in the morning are really rude and obnoxious. Rolling their eyes, saying "ugh" when asking for something they... messed up on, my grandpa is disabled and they had the audacity to tell him to get off the car and make him go inside for sugarwhen we went through the drive thru. I asked them if they could apologize to him- they refused. Obviously management here isn'tdoing their job. They're to blame for not teaching their staff proper serving skills. These people all need to lose their jobsand hand them over to people willing to serve their community. Tsk tsk tsk. Read more
