Horrible. Drove through and took 30 minutes to get home. Chicken was pretty much batter colored. Not fried long enough. Too far... to drive back. Unfortunately we spent close to 60 bucks on a family meal. Just hoping none of us get sick. Sides were good. Read more
its almost like this place allows crackheads from the streets to work here.. not a single time ive been to this kfc has my order... been right. all the workers act like they cant hear or will not communicate and ive had to call and return to get my orderright. hire better employees because as of the past couple years this has been an issue.. and it is not my job to stop going toa food place i like, its the companies job to satisfy the customer, why else are you a business. If I could give it a zero stars I would every time I've come to this place either the food is stale and or under cooked not... worth my money. I wanted a refund but they wouldn't give me it unless I brought the food back which I think was ridiculous. Read more
Here now. Ordered a combo meal in the drive thru, leave and a cpl blocks down the road notice my side item is missing. I check... the receipt, notice i paid for my side and call the location but their phone must be off the hook because i called about 5 timesand even googled the location and i had the right # Turned around spoke to mgr bcuz it was always a free order when your orderwas missing items. Expressed to the mgr this set me back n now im late bcuz his phone off the hook. He has the audacity to sayit nvr rang. I pull my cell out n ask for the number to prove it and he says he doesnt know the store#!! SMH lame excuse for amgr to not know his store number. Also store front wet without yellow cautionary triangle. Disappointed and only got my friesfor my troubles! Lame! Read more
6:15pm Sat 07/23/22 Drive Thru. No straw, no sporks and no napkins. Not sure if the guy was having a bad day, but he just... quickly gave me my items and closed the drive thru window before I could even ask for any condiments. I didn't even get myreceipt. Food was decent, though. And I'll try another location next time. Read more

Oh man. I don't know where to begin. The food was awful. Stale fries hard enough to break a tooth. They had no Cole slaw, .... Employees used soft drink lids to cover mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac n cheese. Said they were out of spicy chickensandwhiches. The colonel is rolling over in his grave. I hope this place goes out of business soon. Read more
