I was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone and they never answered I tried to order before I when to the store so that I didn't... have to wait because it was a larger order. Guess what I had to wait. Totally point to have a phone in your store that you neveranswer. Next time I think I'll go to Papa John's 2 doors down. What a waste of my valuable time. I did an online order and it was ready right when it was supposed to be. The pizza, mostest pepperoni, was ok. This time, like... the last couple of times was a bit greasy and didn't have near as much pepperoni as the pictures. The cheesy bread sticks werevery good. The cheesy bread sticks come with sauce and it was not in the pick up slot with my order. The staff was very pleasant esp with it being so busy. My advice is for management. You should have 2 signs for lines, 1 for... pickup and 1 for ordering. This will help since your portal machine is always down. Middle ages women tend to cut a line of 10ppl and get away with it. 2 clear lines will help with that Read more
