Avoid this place at all cost!!!! There is a Domino's right down the street trust me is worth paying a couple of more bucks. This... place is very disorganized it takes more than 30 minutes to get your pizza. Employees are on the phone while customers arewaiting more than the usual. I?m a fellow pizza lover like most people reading this. I love ordering from reliable, friendly pizza places. This place is not... reliable. Besides the fact that the homeless at the door will harass you going in and coming out, this place has a horriblehabit of not putting the pizza ordered online inside of the pizza portal. I order online so I may SKIP THE LINE. I want thenotification that my pizza is ready when it?s ready. I don?t want a notification 30 minutes after picking it up that theycouldn?t put it in the pizza portal. Too many times have I ordered from this specific location, waiting for the notificationthat my pizza is done so I may grab it and go. Today was the last time. I waited until the later part of my ETA, got tired ofwaiting so I went inside. After making it passed the homeless man accosting everybody who went inside for change or a soda, Iwaited an additional 10 minutes to make my way to the counter while listening to the employees talk about dropping pizzas andclosing asap. People that choose to call in their orders might enjoy dealing with this but when the Little Caesars appadvertises skipping the line and the convenience of the pizza portal it?s a bit upsetting. 2 stars because the quality of thepizza is still good. Very unorganized there is always one employee actually working while the others just stand in the back. I've ordered pick up... twice and both times I never received an order update and my order wasn't even in the portal where it should be if orderingonline. My pizza was just sitting out and to top it off the pizza was cold. I even arrived about 10 minutes after estimated timeto make sure it was ready. Then again how would I know its ready if the order doesnt get updated until after I'm home and thepizza is all gone. First time I thought it was a fluke since they're most likely busy. The second time is when i knew there isdefinitely something wrong. I'd rather drive a few more minutes to a different location then have to deal with their long waits.Also, good luck ever getting through to them over the phone. Read more
