I ordered a pizza at noon through the app and when I went there the store was closed. I waited for an hour but they never... opened. The hours are never right. Even the app says it's open at after 11AM but sometimes it's just closed all day for noreason. Other days they open and close at random times (if they open at all). The convenience of being able to buy a hot'n'readypizza doesn't matter if the place is never properly managed. Read more

I order through the app, was notified by the app that the pizzas were ready, but not all were ready. I ask how long, but the guy... serving in the front said 8 more minutes. Because I told the guy that's what he told the person in front of me, in retaliationdid not give me my pizzas when they were ready, and I had to ask again, and were ready 5 minutes ago. This is the best Little Caesars around town in my opinion. Yesterday, I went to this location around 8 pm and I was greeting by... a crowd inside and really nice staff. That was fine with me because I don't mind waiting for my food and, they made thespecialty pizza I ordered. I used to go to the Little Caesars on Medical Center and Baseline because it was the closest to mebut, they stop making specialty pizzas by 8pm (like Ordering a 3 meat pizza). So, this Little Caesars on Mt. Vernon and Mill, isadded to one of the restaurants I know I can trust to have a great experience. Read more

Ordered twice from here and both times, the pizza was wrong. The first one was undercooked and doughy, and the second one was... thrown together. We won?t be ordering from here again. Update: my husband ordered from here thinking his experience was goingto be different. My pizza was still doughy and the undercooked ham made the pizza salty. Read more
