The workers here at this place are terrible. Place is always crowded and online orders never ready. They are slow and never know... whats going on. I walked in with one guy in front of me ordering. Soon as he's done ordering the lady behind me literally cutsme asking about her online order pickup. The lady at the register starts helping her before me even though she knew I was therefirst. So I tell the lady at the register how are you going to just skip me and start helping her. She tells me to chill becausethe lady was picking up a online order. I proceed to tell her well I'm doing the same thing and that she never even asked me andinstead just started helping the lady. Worker behind the register looks at me like its my fault and starts giving me attitude.So I tell the lady to hold up cuz she cut me and tell the worker to get my order before she starts giving the lady her order.Its just crazy how the workers dont care and management is scarce. Don't order online to pick up at this location. They are very unorganized. I ordered a supreme pizza and they took 1 hour to... hand me my pizza inside the store. I got notifications on my phone saying to pick up my pizza, "order 295". When I got therethey said they never got that order. It was ready for over half an hour just sitting there while people coming in & out for the$5 pizzas get helped first. When I asked if my pizza was ready for a second time it finally magically appeared from the back ofthe store, room temperature. They were being rude to customers so I didn't even bother to ask for it to be made again, don'twant to eat spit either.... Read more

This place has the worst costumer service, I have placed many pick up orders & everytime they are not ready. I have to wait in... the parking lot for an average of 30mins just to get my 1 pizza that should have been ready when I arrived Ps. They take forever to prepare your order. They are not organized at all they let people cut the lines and they jump orders giving... your order to the person who got there to order after you so they have you waiting for almost an hour and you go and complainwhy other customes who got there after you and order the same thing as you got their order first and their escuse is always "wecalled your name and you didn't come up" when in fact they didn't i was waiting inside the whole time and not once did they callmy name. I ordered a pizza at 5 pm to pick up, I came and the pizza wasn't ready, I waited for 15 more minutes and nothing, I decided to... go to ask them what happened and they didn't even have it ready.
