This place is SLOW. came here for pick up, went thru Drive thru (20 min wait) just to be told my food wasn't ready, pull up... front and they'll bring it out. I literally sit out front well over 10 minutes, finally have to go in myself. There's nodesignated pick up station so I had to wait in line for another 5+ minutes just to finally get to the counter and the workeropenly admits she forgot to bring the food out, which had be done on the counter since I walked in. This McDonald?s has a play area . And it?s open. And we?ll maintained.this is my go to micky ds. I drive past 2 others to go to... this location because. They do it right. The bread and produce isn?t old and crusty and they make your coffee as you ask.Customer service is average. Sometimes it?s great sometimes it?s just run of the mill. They are always busy. But it?s worth thewait because your food is done right. No half full fries or stale bread. Don?t be afraid to ask them to customize it . Here theywill do it and they?ll do it well. Drive thru moved a little slow for the small amount of food the cars in front of us received, and my son's cheeseburger didn't... have mustard on it even though we ordered it with mustard. Other than that the food tasted good, the fries were fresh andperfectly salted! Read more
Had to get my grandson some chicken nuggets (Happy meal) because that's what he loves..My daughter ordered and tried to use a... coupon for a discount if you purchased a combo meal but it wouldn't accept it, so we had to something else..Got to the window topay and the young lady gave us a discount when we told her what happened , she was very professional and had an amazingattitude.. Why is it that everytime I come here to pickup food in the middle of the night the employees will literally look at me, ignore... me, and then let the food I came to pick up sit on the counter for 10 minutes? Or make me wait at the pickup window forever justto tell me that their system is down, and then give me an attitude when I suggest that they put up a sign to let customers anddelivery drivers know before they waste their time standing at the window or sitting in the drive through ???? Wow, one of the worst mcdonalds ive been through. How do i have to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker, wait 10 minutes to... get to the window, and still mess it up? (It was only 2 sandwiches and fries) and 15 min for total druve thru when there isnobody in between 1st and 2nd window? Over the past fue months this McDonald's has gone down hill. Service and quality has had a noticeable decline. I've have to... wait 10 minutes standing in front of the register no one else in line just to still be be ignored until I ask if anyone istaking orders. And then still waiting 18 minutes more to get my order. Most of the employees are way in back with no one on thefood prep line making the orders. Definitely a bad step down in service Read more
