I came on 11/03/22 at 6:54pm and was served by Isela. I let her know that the portion of chow mein she gave us was really small.... She said that's the portion size and told me if I want, she can charge me another portion. I noticed that she was a hater fromthe beginning by the attitude she gave us as she rushed us to complete our order. She doesn't like her job. She felt reallypowerful holding on to those tongs as she refused to give us the proper portion. She gave us the proper portion for everythingelse because she used the scooper and couldn't cheat us, except for the chow mein. She has obvious control over those tongs andis the one who decides the size of the portion. I mentioned that she has control of the portion of chow mein she gave me and shereplied like a robot saying she can sell me another portion if I want to. I added 2 photos of our food. Both of our plates wereperfect, except for the chow mein, which she controlled. This employee is ruining the business with her attitude and powertripping tongs. I will not be back at this Panda until this hater is gone. I give her less than one year. I will give yourlocation a try again in November 2023. If she is gone sooner, let me know. Have been here often and usually everything is pretty good but today. I ordered 2 -two entree plates and ordered honey sesame... chicken. The first plate got a good serving size but the second combo got the scapes of what was left in the pan. Which endedup being cold. So disappointed. I got a 2 item combo with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. I got 2 pieces of orange chicken. And 3 pieces of broccoli with... beef crumbs! I know panda does portion control. But C'mon seriously!! Over priced and stingy! Read more
I love panda Express the employees r nice but u know I spend an easy 30 dollars twice a week n I hate that they r so skimpy with... the lo mein noodles I know it can't cost more than a dollar to make. U should really consider serving a bit more noodlesbecause I don't eat your rice I always buy your beef n almond shrimp n have to pay a dollar more that is robbery. Read more
Warning to all panda lovers and new clients how to save on your order Horrible mistake the bigger plate is exactly the same size... as the (normal plate) it is falsely advertised Just order normal plate The next problem is they say they only serve MEDIUM orLARGE but why when I order a ?BIGGER PLATE? they serve me a SMALL ENTREE ? If the ONLY ?SIZES?they say they have is MEDIUM ORLARGE Lastly as you see they served the minimum for a bigger plate I feel ripped off to be honest almost no beef orchicken They food does taste good but this is not acceptable Read more
Today 2/15/2022 the Mask Mandate was lifted in San Bernardino and other counties. They still had a sign on the door that masks... are required. We didn?t have masks and they instructed us where they had them to wear. My wife started to say wasn?t requiredand stopped. My wife asked for only a little rice and more noodles, though she still got a lot of rice. The portions were notlarge as did not overfill box usually do. The sweet n sour sauce and other condiments were given in to-go little packets, notthe plastic buckets. They forgot to give us fortune cookies and when we asked they apologized for forgetting. The food was good!We sat for a bit after done eating and they were still open and we were taking pictures for this review and appeared to makethem uncomfortable as they were asking, ?is everything okay??, ? do you need anything else??, so we decided to leave.
