Staff was nice. Wait time was too long for the quality received: 35min. Pizza was good. Pasta was good. Breadsticks were good.... Cookie was not good. It was overcooked and hard and crispy to the bite. The crust was so crispy, it became dust when yousqueezed it, the photo I uploaded shows a bad cookie. I also ordered 12 wings with bone in, primarily to give the bones to mydogs. After waiting 30min, the lady told me that they didn't have chicken wings with bones, and if I would take 20 bonelesswings instead. I said, sure, thinking I was getting a deal. Not quite: I got what appeared to be the tiniest chicken wingpopcorn bites. I paid $20something for full wings but got small sub-par tiny chicken popcorn bites sold in the hood as wings,I'm adding a photo as well. I placed a "wing" on the fork for size comparison. pizza said it would be ready at 8:55pm when i ordered online. At 9:10pm they said they did not put my pizza in the oven do i... want a refund. No had to wait 7 minutes for it to cook. Went back in and me and 2 other people stood in the lobby for about 15while the phones were ringing off the hook. Got my pizza and it was not what i ordered. Read more

My family and I went to this location to order a pizza one night. And they had a great deal on a pizza for us. Waited 15mins and... we drove home and enjoyed our fresh hot pizza. I recommend you ordering and picking up it will be fresh rather than pay adelivery fee and get a semi fresh pizza. Will go back again! Read more
Every time I don?t ask to make sure that the hut favorite crust is on my pizza and give them the benefit of the doubt, they... forget the hut favorite crust. I shouldn?t have to remind them EVERY SINGLE time. And I come here almost weekly. When I tellthem to make sure it?s correct, they get it correct. But I shouldn?t have to remind them to get my order correct for my order tobe correct. It should be correct to begin with! You guys need to start double checking that the order is correct before handingit off. Read more
