Horrible service will not being going back! I?ll drive a half hour or even 15 mins more to get my pizza!!! Management was professional to a certain extent when handling my calls. The communication from tracking needs to be improved.... Delivery times on the weekend are delayed majorly, expect 1 and a half - 2 hour wait times the tracking is not accurate. Read more
It would have been nice to actually receive my order. Didn?t receive my pizza and couldn?t call the store to complain because... they?re closed. I know I ordered at 10pm but does it really take 2 hours to make a pizza? And I tipped 25%. What a joke. Read more
I had my daugthers 6th grade promotion party so it was late whn I order super happy they are open until 12pm at night super life... saver. However my order was made wrong. I called it in to let the manager knw. He was able to give me a credit so my next orderwas free. So very happy with the turn out. Read more
Wow got wrong order of wings and my pizza had a hair baked in it. All 3 of my kids already eating and have to stop so I can... return this. & Came to return she asks what do you want another order.... a sorry would be nice first if all.... Got the sloppiest, ugliest pizza I've ever had the displeasure of buying. It literally was falling apart. Already looked burned... at some parts, and i wouldn't be surprised to learn that it was a Frankenstein's monster pizza ie a hash of other messed uppizzas. Absolutely awful. Wish I'd had more time to go back inside and shove it in the garbage where it belongs and demand arefund. Read more
Great Customer service!! Food was fresh! I gave 4 star because other day I ordered wings and they did not have a lot bbq sauce... look like I'm eating plain boneless wings! Other than that the pizza was great and cookie! A+++ Read more
