Hmmm...I favor this location because it is my local establishment. I can't say when I'll be going back- ordered 2 large three... item meat lovers and an order of breadsticks and the total was slightly over $60. The flavor of the sauce seemed to be differentas well, it was kinda bland. Oh yeah, and initially they couldn't locate my order when I got there. I was wondering why so low rating, it makes sense now to me. The lady was more interested on her TikTok videos than getting me a... good service. I had to ask for a refill on my beer 3 times.. I was generous to give her a tip but she didn?t deserve it. I don?tthink I will come back again. Read more
So we ordered a pizza with stuffed crust, ( if you could call it that) The pizza place was under staffed and I don't fault the... front end staff. However the hand tossed "pizza" was about as thin as a wet napkin, and all the grease soaked it into anoodle-like consistency. I'm not sure what I ate tonight, but it sure as hell wasn't pizza! Terrible service this afternoon. Wait was over 1hr. Only to get the wrong pizza, and they even missed half of our order. If I... hadn?t shown receipt they would of not brought our wings, or dessert. Ordered a carryout and the app said it was ready for contactless pickup, 30 minutes later the car next to me who was there for a... contact less carryout had enough and got off, on his way back he said you should go get your pizza as there is a bunch on thecounter. Food was good... Employees got my order confused with someone else's order, with the same first name. So, initially, part of... my order was left out. Wings are expensive as it is. I had to pay extra for ranch dressing. I am not too terribly thrilledabout my experience there. At least the food tasted good. Read more
Awesome aesthetics to this newer Pizza hut diner. Very nice and clean with decent amount of beer selections to drink from, on... tap and in bottle. All glasses/pitchers are ice cold when brought out. There medium wings are actually mild for those that likea little hot to them. Not a lot of staff readily available but all are helpful and serve with smiles on there faces. Good pizzaas always. They even have usb charging ports at the side booths! Read more
We have ordered from here on multiple occasions and every single time the food is delicious but service, which when it comes to... carry out is minimal, has been incredibly subpar. I?ve been made to wait thirty minutes for contactless carry out and had tocall to get someone to bring it to the car when the app should notify them. This could be an app issue, so I don?t hold thementirely accountable here. However, since then I just go in to pick up, but now I have waited a max of 15 minutes for someone tocome out of the kitchen, in which I see many employees talking and having a good time, one actively avoiding eye contact, to manthe counter and finally give me the order. I am not against people having fun mind you, especially when it comes to customerservice jobs since it?s a stressful job, but it doesn?t take much to go to a customer and say, ?Sorry, the person manning thefront is currently on break, please give us X amount of minutes for them to get back.? I have also not received chili pepperflakes and Parmesan when ordered so I just stopped ordering it. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism because honestlythe pizza is really good and the place could be great if the staff were a tad bit more attentive. Read more
