It's a great place, great staff members, sometimes there's an issue but they are more than happy to fix the drink if it happens... without attitude. Which is very welcomed. Read more

Usually good service, but today wasn?t a good visit. I?m hoping this doesn?t create any hardening of bad behavior, rather an... opportunity to correct bc it was pretty snotty from the baristas. I was going back and forth with the polite cashier about adrink I should get. She made excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about the drinks. Loved her! She was polite! Butwhen I came across a final decision, I noticed 2 baristas were listening in and smirked sneakily at one another at my decision.It?s okay to listen in, but apparently they had opinions about my drink. I decided to passively let them know I noticed theirbehavior and didn?t approve. Then others in line who didn?t see the entire communication perceived me as a bully when I wasactually correcting snotty behavior. To be frank I also I passively addressed the know-it-all client in line as wellsince he wasstaring at me???????. When people come in, they should be made to feel welcome, not judged. And these 2 baristas totally made mefeel judged which crested a string of bad interactions. They need to work on their behavior towards others. It was a blonde witha long pony tail and another skinny gentleman with curly hair. Happened around 4:30pm on 10/20/2022 . Now I?m writing a badreview bc 2 baristas came off snotty about my order. I just wanted a coffee ??????? otherwise it?s pretty good service. Read more

Worst customer service! Sam says he is a manager, but just angrily complained about all the issues they had that day while... several employees watched behind him. They all laughed when I said I was calling customer service. The end result was that theyincorrectly made the order for 4 drinks and left me feeling upset. Read more

Ordered through mobile app, upon arrival the security guard told me I had to pick up my order through the drive through. So I... drove through drive through (which was LONG) when I finally got to the window the barrista looked at me did not greet me andwalked away. I patiently waited AGAIN for her to come back when we finally made eye contact I told her that I'm here to pick upmy mobile order she seemed annoyed but she went to get my drink. When she gave me my drink she told me in a rude and angrymanner that "Next time I had to let her know I placed a mobile order". I told her I did and she began to argue with me. I'm notupset of what she told me I'm upset of her delivery and attitude. I was also inconvenienced when I had to get back in my car andpick up my order through drive through and I was not rude to her at the window, when I could have been rude to her. When Ireceived my drink it was watered down/ soggy because it was sitting there the whole time. This was today 7/19/22 @9:00pm. Thisemployee needs to learn professionalism, she clearly has none. I don't really give Starbucks a negative review but this is the first time that I get a drink that looks like this ( see... attached pictures) now i don't know if they accidentally dropped the drink while making it but if that's the case I think thatthat they should have made me a new drink. If I'm not satisfied with the product I'm getting I usually have the person fix it,wouldn't you?, but in this case I was sort of in a rush. Besides that customer service was not that bad considering it wasduring busy hours. Read more
