From all the Starbucks I have been through in San Bernardino. This is my favorite one. Every one there is very friendly and... kind. They have great customer service and even if drive thru is packed . It goes by fast. It's Starbucks I need it to get methrough my day. And I have the patience to wait in line. The sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches were yummy. Yes, music is a little loud; but what establishment isn't when... college students work it. It could also be they have no control over it; again, I don't know. Also, anyone talking about adrive-thru, this one is inside a library. This Starbucks is honestly the worse, not in the taste of drinks or anything but because they put the most ridiculous amount of... ice.. even if you ask for light ice they put so much that it is hard to even move the drink with your straw. I?ve watched thegirl stuffing more ice in a drink to make it look fuller... Seriously. You are practically paying for the amount of a ?tall?drink when you ordered a ?venti? with how much ice they put. Read more
Starbucks is Starbucks. But at this location... 1. Slow(er) service 2. The employee making/handing out the drinks completely... ignored anyone waiting (right in front of her) to ask a simple question, not even acknowledge them. 3. I had to wait for a wholeline of ppl to receive their drinks before I could get a cup of WATER. 4. One of the employees started sweeping (it?s 2 hoursuntil closing, you can wait) carelessly in the direction of my friend and I while we were eating! Slow service! I prefer the one in the 40th.. some employees aren't very nice either, always new faces so dont be surprised if... your drink taste different every time. One more issue is the drive thru, cars stop anywhere they like causing alot of blockingfor the incoming traffic. Starbucks management need to solve this problem asap! Worst starbucks. I wish there was other places in campus where they sold iced coffee so I wouldn't have to deal with the people... who work there and have a terrible attitude. I mean, there must be some nice people working there but all the people I've had tointeract with have like a weird self-condescending air to them and it doesn't help that the waiting time on average is like 25min.
