I normally get subway on different locations but this one was TERRIBLE. I ordered online for the first time ever, and also went... for the first time to this location. The sandwich looks EMPTY compared to other locations, and the lady didn?t want to give myhusband our order because he confused my first and middle name EVEN THO he had the screenshot with the order number. I had nevercomplained about subway and that?s why once in a while I get one since normally is one of those stores where their items areconsistently good. I understand some people doesn?t know how to work on customer service jobs, but if you don?t, just don?t doit. I hope the managers do something to improve the quality on both sandwiches and workers. This experience was not worth $21 +gas/miles/time to go there. Read more
I went by today and received a footlong from Alex Jimenez. Can I just say, he is probably the best worker I?ve yet had orders... taken from this place. He was so respectful and patient. I wish I could tip the guy but I didn?t have any change on me. Hedeserves a raise, truly. Read more
They were cool but they ran out of bread they were making more of the so that was kind of a bummer the girl was very nice I took... my order she was very talkative which is awesome I love good customer service both of the ladies that were there had goodcustomer service I just wish they would take food stamps for the people that did have food stamps because then it would givethem a better option for their kids versus just taking the cash Read more
The business hours on the website and the door say operating hours 7 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm .... It's Tuesday night 8;55 pm and the girl said they are closed. While I wait next door for an order I see some walk in to o ice upa phone order at 9:05 pm. The owner needs to talk to the staff and have responsible workers not people that don't want to work. On today's visit, they only have 2 types od bread. I requested a water cup, the lady said "we don't have that". So I ended up... paying $2 for water. At all other subways they always give water cups. Last visit at this place. Read more
The sandwiches are very good but the prices are wow! What used to cost me $18 plus change for 2 /12" subs is now $29 and change.... I'll be waiting for coupons to come out before coming back. Read more
