The staff is shady as heck I paid 14+ for a half full bowl with avocado and a drink. Not good at all.
I mean the order is simple. But yall forget the utensils. Smh. I haven't even opened the food. I hope yall got the order right.
Rice is still the same. Too soggy. This location is closer but I'd rather take the drive to Sierra Way. They're also much faster... with more employees. Read more
First they cancel my order. I try ordering again because I think it's a mistake with the app. I accidentally order carry out... instead of delivery so I tried to cancel the order. It didn't let me cancel and directed me to the number listed here. I calledit multiple times to try and cancel before the order was made. They did not answer even once, at one point I'm sure they justtook the receiver off so it wouldn't ring. Read more
I have ordered from this place before and the food is really good but I recently started to notice that there?s something wrong... with the brown rice every time I order a chicken bowl or salmon bowl. At first the rice tasted a bit off, like kinda like rottenand weird but I still ate it because I thought I was being a bit dramatic and it wasn?t that big of a deal. But like 2 weeksago I ordered a salmon bowl with brown rice and I got home and I started to eat my bowl. Once I get a bite of the rice it tastedsoo nasty, I usually if food taste like not good I?ll still eat it just to not waste food, especially if I bought it with my ownmoney. But I couldn?t take another bite of that bowl I got, the rice taste horrendous. It tasted rotten and mushy, but Iliterally saw the employees cooking the rice. Which made me think it would taste better since it?s freshly cooked. I have afeeling that this place isn?t sanitary at all and don?t wash their rice pots and cutting boards. I will not order a bowl orplate from this place anymore. But the dumplings are really good though. Read more
I went to get a free bowl with the promotion, it didn?t work. But I just went ahead and bought a tofu bowl anyways. It tasted... horrible.. the rice was mushy and the vegetables tasted like dish water it made my whole meal taste like dish water. I felt sickafter I ate it. The lady working too was very rude. WaBa Grill by University Parkway in San Bernardino makes delicious grilled chicken, it actually tastes grilled and has a great... texture! Not all WaBa Grills taste as great as this one! Also, this WaBa Grill gives you a generous amount of the mix ofhalapeño with carrots! Ask for the mix of halapeño with carrots. If you enjoy spicy, put the mix of halapeño and carrots ontop of your food it is tasty! WaBa Grill is a great healthy choice of delicious food. Read more
This franchisee is very cheap with condiments (only one Waba sauce) and paper napkins (two small thin ones) included in a... purchase in comparison to other locations. I will take my business somewhere else. Read more
