I went in today to grab some food you know to try the new chicken sandwich the woman at the register said it would be a 30 - 35... ninute wait. I said no problem I can wait. It has been well over an hour and a half and I'm still waiting. They need to turn offtheir mobile ordering option and/or their phone orders just to play catch up with the orders they already have. Because they areSTILL accepting orders knowing damn well they are backed up and it seems like some people won't get their orders until the nextday. (Yes, that ending was sarcasm) At this point, I definitely won't be a returning customer. And I definitely do not blamethe employees I blame management and the company for not providing enough coverage. Read more

I had ordered online 30 mins before and it said that it'll be done by 7:22pm. I didn't leave there till 8:15. I had ordered 30... wings bone in and 6 buns. They didn't tell me that they had ran out of buns so they expected me of just leaving and finding outwhen I got home. I did convince them to instead get 2 drinks which I got after a while. The guy working working Saturday nightwas nice which was my only positive experience. When I got home I found out they gave me boneless instead of bone in which Ipayed extra for. So if you order online, check your food before you leave, just saying. Read more
