Please do not go to this wing stop, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Placed an order over the phone at 5:20, I was... told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrive at 5:23pm, with 4 to 5 young ladies working no one was managing theregister and there was three customers (including myself) waiting. I had to interrupt a young lady to ask her the status of myorder. She checked for my order and when she found it still hanging she told me with an attitude ?You shouldn?t be here until6:02pm? to which I politely responded with ?oh okay I?m here because the woman on the phone told me 30 minutes, 6:02pm wouldhave made it 40 minutes?. She completely ignored me and treated me like I wasn?t even there. I would have gladly waiting until6:02pm but itsI asked another young lady standing by her what was her coworkers name (because every time we come there it?sALWAYS poor customer service). She said she could not tell me and I said ?ok no worries? and I then asked them to please just goahead and cancel my order. These type of employees will ruin a establishment. We will NEVER go there again. The owner needs tohire better employees and train them better. I proceeded to place an order with Wingstop off of Riverside Ave, they have greatcustomer service! Fries were too salty too much sauce on chicken sandwich and the three drinks that I tried from the machine didn't taste right... the cashier front was polite and helpful it was in a young adult boy Read more

Food was cold. Ordered on line but was at store when it was being prepared. Chicken and fries were cold I live close to. And... went straight home. Received celery but no carrots. Also the celery was soggy and paper was drenched. I've had 2 very badexperiences at this location. 1st time they forgot the fries and veggies all together and only gave me 1day to get it. I did notbecause gas is not free and who wants to go back for what was missed in the first place. It should have been replaced when Iwent back no matter if it was a week or 2 later, I paid for it. The worst! Cold food... ONLINE ORDER, PICKING UP AFTER 55 MIN.- FOOD WASN'T READY. Slow, rude and distracted staff... My... wings were ready the whole time, but they told me that they didn't...and I had to wait "10 more minutes" (30 min. being honest????). If it wasn?t the closest one near me I swear I?d never choose this location. I?ve tried to tolerate them but tonight is the... last straw? you all ready to see what I came home to, opened up my bag and wow smdh,,, so now I must drive all the way back ????annoyed af with this location. I usually come to this wing stop all the way from highland because they are fast and have the best quality. But the past 2 times... they haven't been as good today was the worse. My bag was ripped and the fries were just not good at all. Extra seasoned. It'sclear they were old redipped fries. Their store is dirty all the time now. If they need more staffing the manager should reallydo something to help their employees and improve quality. Read more

I asked for two large seasoned fries and 15 wings. Now, I like Wingstop wings but I love their seasoned fries. When I choose to... eat Wingstop it?s mainly for the seasoned fries. That?s why I was so upset when I found out they didn?t put any in myorder. Even more upset when I politely asked for seasoning and the cashier with the guy with pink hair tried to charge me forseasoning. Here is how it went: Me in a polite manner: ?Hi again, can I get two containers with seasoning ? Him: ? I would haveto charge for it? Me still in a polite manner: ?ohh! Well I order seasoned fries and they had no seasoning. That why I?m askingfor some.? Him in an annoyed and rude tone : ?All our fries are seasoned ? Me matching energy: ?well mine weren?t ? Him: ?yesall our fries are seasoned unless you asked for them plain? Me: **shows receipt that says TWO SEASONED FRIES * Him: **goes tothe back all upset and complaining to get a small container with seasoning *almost empty ** and hands it to me Me: ? can I getanother.
