Okay for starters, as soon as you walk in the place is dirty. From what I could telll no one sweeps or wipes the counters all... day. I went in on my lunch around 8:45pm. It was a mess. Secondly, I preordered online so when I got there it would be ready. Iordered at 8:25, wasn?t ready until 8:55 but I won?t complain about that part. My issue is, I described what I wanted perfectlyon my order. My food barely had seasoning, you would think they were butter boneless wings instead of lemon pepper. No flavor atall. I asked for extra crispy, they were not cooked to order nor extra crispy. Also, they did not put ranch in my bag, eventhough it was stated in my order. I?m sure it can clearly be seen on the receipt, just like the well done, lemon pepper request? which was basically ignored. I was headed back to work and had to turn around! Who eats boneless chicken wings without sauce,right? There were only 3 workers so I was not rude to them as they probably were under some pressure. But, my experience washorrible. I?m sure you can understand my frustration being that it was my LUNCH BREAK! I ended up just throwing it out. This wasmy first time trying wingstop again in about 2-3 years!!! The disappointment. Dont go here. Wing sauce had souch butter or shortning wasnt even a bit spicy. Wings are not as full of meat as they use to be.... Looks like the wings are low quality. Got more fries from Jack in the Box across the street. Hit up the in n out instaed. Thisplace is the mirror image of the one in Redlands off of Stuart street. Sorry and a rip of. They use to forget what kind of seasoning you asked them. I asked the Corn only with Parmesan and they put Cajon sauce on it.... This happened twice. If you go there, make sure to remind them or check before you leave the place. And they use to drop theside sauce inside the bag and making a mess inside of it. One of my go to spots when im unsure what to get. Fairly clean interior beside a slightly sticky floor. Quick service and... helpful staff. Takes a little while for your order to finish but its understandable because they wings take time to cook. Niceoutside dining area that is shared with a Chipotle . Waiting time is not a problem at all because there is a PokéStop and twogyms accessible from inside the restaurant. Read more

No Stars, found a zipper in my food, an ACTUAL ZIPPER. Their kitchen is an absolute mess. How does an uncooked chicken strip... even make it all the way to the register area??? Absolutely disgusting. Also DON'T NOT order ahead. they'll make your food wayyahead of time and just leave it sitting for over half and hour. Tried them out out last week for UFC260 since there closer to home the the on University Ave. There phone service was great, no... problems ordering the "All In Bundle", location wasn't crazy full.. yet. Walked in &'literaly everyone yelled "Welcome", thatreally through me off but it was nice after the shock lol The wings came out great &' there was nothing wrong with the order, myorder was already ready when I got there &' the girl rung me up.
