When we came it was very busy, Christine was doing the... job of 3 employees (making pizzas, training new guy and helping customers) all while maintaining a super friendly composure. Don't bother with this location. Made a order last night and it was 25.35 I had a 100 dollar bill and the lady on the phone said... that they will give me change back from the 100 dollar bill. Got there to pick up my pizza and the employees there refused mymoney for my order so I left the store because they were using excuses to give me my change for the 100 dollar bill and mypizza. I'm going to get ahold of corporate and make a complaint about the manager and the staff at this location. What money isnot acceptable at this location. The next time I order from this location I'm going to pay them with pennies and nickels maybethen they will accept it because they refuse to break a 100 dollar bill. This location should be shut down and put a new managerand staff at this location because they are running the customers away with there petty self because they are lazy employees. Read more

The new staff has terrible service. The first time I ordered delivery for my pizza, they never showed up and never called. It... was a big order and my workers were hungry way past an hour after their lunch. I gave my money and a fat tip to someone else.This time around my pizza is late again for almost an hour extra from their estimated delivery. I had a cash tip, ready to givethem a second chance, still didnt arrive anywhere close to the estimated extra time EVEN AFTER CALLING. The previous staff wasreally awesome, really friendly and I gave them a ton of business. Sorry Papa John's, your out of my expense book. My hardearned money is going somewhere else. Good luck!
