Upon entering, I get it business is slow, but with so many open tables. We had to wait 15 minutes. They also sat us on the... street side, which I don't get. It Christmas season, I went on black Friday, shopping shopping shopping, why seat people awayfrom the parking lot. I want to keep an eye on my vehicle. We ordered for curbside pickup. Keep in mind that we love RR's fries. We were disappointed when we got home only to see that... they left out the fries. They gave us the missing fries but we did have to take a trip back to pick them up. They were politeabout correcting the mistake which will happen from time to time. There's something comforting about RR's food. Their stakefries are the best with just the right amount of seasoning. They provide a good selection of burgers from basic to fancy. The place is nice but sometimes you need to wait since it can get full and there could be a wait list. On the other hand, the... staff is very friendly and nice and they are always willing to serve and help with a smile. My wife and I went to have ourdinner and the meals taste it awesome and delicious. You can have an unlimited fries refill and also for your drinks, which isgreat. take it done. It is full Comfort food at it's finest! Red Robin is a long time family favorite. Every birthday means the whole... family is going to Red Robin for burgers and endless steak fries! Some of my personal favorites over the last 30 years, that'sright. We've been going there really long time, are the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, the BanzaiTeriyaki Burger and the Royal RedRobin. Many of their burgers can also be ordered as chicken sandwich burger. I have tried many of them and they neverdisappoint. Of course, the steak fries are some of the best you'll ever try. Screaming hot to the table, perfectly salted....DO NOT forget the campfire sauce! This Red Robin specialty condiment is so popular with my family that we try to make itourselves at home. The food is always good but the experience is lacking. The waiters are great, but the atmosphere is pretty depressing. Not sure... if they need music, fans/AC, or more TV noise but it just feels stuffy and still. That being said I enjoy sitting in the bararea more than the dining area and always have a good time. For my first time in San Francisco I decided to try a familiar restaurant name. My decision was based on their royalty program... that offers a free burger for your birthday! There was a 30-minute wait when I arrived at around 2:30 in the afternoon but thatwas do to staff shortages. They do offer to text you while you're waiting so you don't have to wait in a lobby or you can doother things until your table is ready. My waitress is very attentive running the whole half of a restaurant by herself. Myglitches deserve a lot of kudos for an excellent job unfortunately I don't remember her name.
