Pretty quick service but they over steamed the milk for my matcha latte and made it way too hot.
Awful experience. They got the order wrong. Turns out online ordering listed spinach wrap available but then it wasn't. Replaced... with reduced fat Turkey and also not available. Coffee was cold and had to redo. This time they forgot sugar, and gave up onthem. Disappointed and I'm a big super duper customer of Starbucks. Usually go to this Starbucks and have no issues, however today this location was subpar. Order my mobile order at 7:41 and did... not receive until 8:07am. When I inquired about my order I was told, ?I have 20 orders to make, if you want a refund go to thecounter?. In addition, the lady(tall blond, with hair crimps) yelled at all the guest and told them to line up in one singlefile line. I am not sure who she is, however her customer service was horrible!! You should never tell a customer to go get arefund if they are just inquiring about their mobile order(she told multiple customers this). As long as she(worker handing outdrinks)is there, I will never go back to this location(she needs customer service training). Read more
