We paid $10.99+tax x 2 = $24 for 2 açaí bowls. They had no spoons?! I told the girl, how am I supposed to eat an Açaí bowl... with no spoon or fork? The worker Kyla told me to walk over to Starbucks and ask for a spoon. ??????????? Read more

It was a really hot day today, and Jamba was packed. I never really write reviews, but Maurica (the clerk and I think regional... manager) was calm and ran the store well. I asked for the Banana Berry Smoothie, and apparently Jamba is having a nationalshortage of bananas. So instead of using the frozen bananas, she used regular bananas and was right out with the smoothies. Itwas nice that she went out of her way, and I appreciated the sentiment despite the busyness of the hot spring day. Read more

This place is horrible they are always out of something. Today is the 2nd time I've gone and they have been out of an ingredient... and couldn't fulfill my order correctly. The 1st time they were all out of bananas and didn't inform me of this until after Iarrived and said they gave me extra strawberries instead. They didn't ask me if this was ok. I don't understand how they can runout of one of the main ingredients to all their recipes. Today I went I ordered another bowl and they were out of granola againI wasn't made aware of this. I got my bowl and began eating eat and realized it was missing the granola. I tried calling thestore, I got no answer so I drove back while standing in line I heard the girl tell the customer in front of me they were out ofgranola. I went out of my way, to this location based on the 4 stars Unfortunately I did not receive that level of service from this... location. Now, I will preface I used to manage a few Jamba's and I do have a high maintenance order, but ALL other locationshave managed to get it right I love Jamba and the vibe and crave their delicious smoothies, so it pains me to write this Firstoff, no greetings or eye contact, no biggie Second the girl who takes my order let's me rattle it off (about 4-5 mods) then sheasked about the first thing I said. I knew she didn't enter anything She never clarified any of my other mods and 'punched' atthe register for like 5 mins I also order a wheatgrass and a Sourdough Pretzel I crave their OJ & wanted to alter the wheatgrassbut didn't dare ask because I knew she didn't care After paying $17+ I asked for the receipt Sure enough, the smoothie wasn'teven close to what I wanted, I asked for a Med, she rang up a Large??? She put an Apple Pretzel into the warmer so the othergirl had to correct that as well. Overall this one girl is costing her team having to remake things, costing her store because Iwon't be back and herself No one i Is forcing her to work there , just quiit, please! There was a two toned hair girl thereworking hard but it couldn't save the experience. Before I could start to place an order for five drinks, the girl working there said they are not taking any new orders because... they had few customers in queue already. I wouldn't be surprised if this franchise store shuts down due to poor businesspractices and bad customer service. They also make customers wait outside when it's super hot out and there is no one else inthe store. Read more
